Service operator and data controller

This prototype does not offer production account creation. That service remains disabled until a verified service operator and data controller is configured and identified here.

The short version

Form analysis runs on your phone whenever possible. Your video leaves the device only when you explicitly request a cloud Deep Analysis, travels over an encrypted direct upload, and is deleted after processing by default. Keeping a video is opt-in, never opt-out.

Your training data belongs to you. Export it as CSV at any time, free tier included. Delete your account and the data goes with it.

Video and camera data

Live form mode processes camera frames in memory on your device; frames are not stored or transmitted.

Cloud Deep Analysis uploads the clip you choose via a presigned URL directly to storage. It never passes through our application servers, and we do not log video URLs. Clips are deleted automatically after the report is generated unless you opt to keep them.

We treat body landmark data as biometric-adjacent and apply the same care: derived keypoints used for a report are retained with the report; raw frames are not.

Health data

If you connect Health Connect, health data is used only to compute readiness on your device and in your account. Health data never appears in analytics events, is never sold, and is never shared with third parties.

Health Connect app identity and availability

SwoleCraft is the app requesting Health Connect access. This public site is a product prototype; production account creation is disabled until a verified service operator, data controller, privacy contact, and account-deletion path are configured.

Health Connect data SwoleCraft accesses

With your separate Android permissions, SwoleCraft reads sleep sessions and stages, heart-rate variability (RMSSD), resting heart rate, and the source apps reported with those records. With write permission, SwoleCraft writes completed strength-workout exercise sessions. It does not request Steps access or permission to write heart-rate samples.

How Health Connect data is used

Sleep duration, heart-rate variability, and resting heart rate can personalize readiness after enough of your own recent baseline exists. Completed strength workouts are written so they can appear in Health Connect. SwoleCraft does not use this data to diagnose, treat, or prevent a medical condition.

Where Health Connect data is stored and sent

Raw sleep sessions, sleep stages, and source-app names stay in SwoleCraft's on-device database. For a signed-in account with account sync enabled, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, and the resulting readiness score sync automatically after you connect Health Connect and have a readiness record. No production account sync is enabled on this public prototype.

Exercise sessions written by SwoleCraft remain in Health Connect and are available only to apps you authorize there. SwoleCraft's Disconnect action does not delete records that were already written to Health Connect.

Health Connect limited use and sharing

Health Connect data is used only for the readiness and workout-history features visible in SwoleCraft. Health values are never sent to product analytics, advertising, or marketing tools; never sold or provided to data brokers; never used for advertising, credit, insurance, or employment decisions; and never publicly or socially shared without your explicit action.

Health Connect controls, retention, and deletion

Android lets you grant or deny each Health Connect permission and revoke access later. SwoleCraft also has a local pause switch. Disconnect asks Android to revoke every SwoleCraft Health Connect grant. Pausing or disconnecting stops future reads and writes but retains the existing on-device cache, local consent history, and records already written to Health Connect.

To erase SwoleCraft's on-device Health Connect cache and local consent history, clear SwoleCraft's app storage or uninstall the app. Delete previously written exercise sessions with Health Connect's own data controls. Before production account sync launches, SwoleCraft must provide and verify an in-app account-deletion path covering synced readiness fields; production accounts remain disabled until that control and the service operator are configured.

Health Connect security

On-device health data is stored inside Android's app sandbox. If account sync is configured, the selected readiness fields are transmitted over HTTPS and protected by account authorization plus database row-level access controls. Health values are excluded from application logs and analytics events.

Health and training safety

The form feedback, readiness scores, and program recommendations in SwoleCraft are informational tools for healthy adults engaged in recreational strength training. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they cannot see everything a qualified professional can.

If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are recovering from injury or surgery, or have been advised to limit physical activity, talk to a doctor or physical therapist before following any program in this app.

If you feel pain that is sharp, sudden, or persistent, stop the exercise. Do not train through pain because an app, program, or streak told you to. SwoleCraft's safety alerts use plain language and recommend the conservative option.

SwoleCraft does not provide rehabilitation programming. If you are injured, do not use recovery adjustments as a substitute for professional care. See a qualified professional first.

Analytics

We collect product analytics such as screens used and features tried to improve SwoleCraft, with identifiers scoped to your account. No ad networks, data brokers, or cross-app tracking.
