This prototype does not offer production account creation or billing. Those services remain disabled until a verified service operator and contracting party is configured and identified here.
What SwoleCraft is
SwoleCraft is currently a product prototype for workout tracking, AI-assisted form feedback, and program guidance. Before production accounts or purchases are offered, these terms will identify the service operator and contracting party. The product is a coaching tool, not a medical device or substitute for professional medical advice.
Your account
You need to be at least 16 to use SwoleCraft. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Use one account per person.
Subscriptions and billing
No production subscription is offered in this prototype. Before billing launches, these terms will identify the seller, renewal period, cancellation path, refund policy, and grace-period behavior. Logged training data will remain available if paid features downgrade.
Your content
Videos, logs, and notes you create are yours. You grant us the limited license needed to process them and provide the service. Creator programs you purchase are licensed for your personal training use.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse-engineer the service, scrape another user's data, or upload content that is not yours to upload. Community spaces (The Order of the Flex) have their own rules: criticize the lift, never the person.
Liability
Lifting weights carries inherent risk. SwoleCraft's feedback is informational; you are responsible for training within your abilities and equipment limits. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
